I’ve sat in executive boardrooms directing product strategies for $25M portfolios, navigating major digital transformations, and leading agile, cross-functional teams across software engineering, UX, and sales. I know exactly how complex, fast-moving organizations operate—and I know precisely where they break.

The breakdown almost always happened in alignment.

When I’m not digging into workflow bottlenecks or coaching clients through their next big career pivot, you’ll usually find me outside playing with my children or preparing to host Bible Study. I’m a proud wife to my high school sweetheart Travis, a homeschooling mom to our three kids, and a firm believer in the beauty of a life rooted in faith, family, and intentionality.
